TAKE PART
On the one hand, and acting on its own behalf, THE USER, with address and DNI provided by the User and included in the database of a file for which Bodegas Franco Españolas is responsible, in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, hereinafter, the Buyer.
And on the other hand, Bodegas Franco Españolas Vino y Experiencias SLU, con CIF B26112714 and with registered office at Calle Cabo Noval 2, Logroño, hereinafter, the Winery.
Both parties mutually recognize the necessary capacity to formalize this contract, in accordance with the following.
TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. The Agreement: These General Conditions will be applicable to all products offered by Bodegas Franco Españolas, as well as the deliveries of goods and services marketed by Bodegas Franco Españolas in the visitors portal https://visitas.francoespanolas.com. These General Conditions will be in force for all the goods and services that are offered, being able to modify without previous warning, not affecting the changes to the purchases already realized until that moment.
2. Formalization of the Purchase: The purchase of the products offered on the web is made by selecting the chosen products, which will be included in the shopping cart. Once the selection is completed, the purchase will continue with the completion of personal data (depending on each case) for the issuance of the invoice and the credit card information to make the payment of the products. Finally accepting the purchase made, the final purchase of the selected products will be made and the payment method will be selected (Credit Card or Paypal).
3. Intellectual Property: Bodegas Franco Españolas authorizes the use of its brands exclusively in the terms agreed in these General Terms and Conditions. In no case shall it be understood that any license or renunciation, transfer, total or partial assignment of such rights is granted or any right or expectation of right is conferred, and especially, of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication about such contents without the prior express authorization of Bodegas Franco Españolas.
In the event that the Buyer / User has knowledge of unauthorized uses by third parties, as soon as possible, he will inform Bodegas Franco Españolas so that measures can be adopted that deem appropriate.
4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This Contract and all documents attached to it will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law. In case of divergence between the parties with respect to this Contract, the parties agree, waiving their own jurisdiction if they had it, expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Logroño (La Rioja).

How do I request a visit?
Select the type of visit you want to make. The system will show you a calendar for you to choose the day of your visit, language and number of people you want to come, including children.
Can I cancel the date of a visit once the reservation is made?
Yes, you must access the “Your visits” section and from the “cancel” option enter the locator and the date for which you have the reservation. In a few days you will receive the return of your money in the same payment system that you used to make the payment and according to the established in the section “conditions” of each of the services offered and that appears before proceeding to the payment.
Can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you must access the “Your visits” section and from the invoice request option and enter the locator.
Once requested, you can download it from the Request Invoice section after the visit.
